Three Blue Ducks is five mates and a couple of restaurants. Chefs Mark and Daz have fine dining backgrounds and worked together years ago at Tetsuya’s in Sydney. Chris and Sam were Bronte locals, neither had much hospitality experience, but they worked it out and together run the front of house. Jeff owned the pizza shop next to the original Three Blue Ducks back when it was an 18 seat cafe in Bronte until he joined forces and brought years of bar experience and craft beer knowledge. Now they have the tough task of living between Bronte and Byron Bay, two of the most amazing spots in Australia.
